If his account even actually got "banned" it was obviously just temporary and it could have simply been the threat of posting explicit content. TikTok is not an 18+ only platform. Realistically, those who exposed themselves did so to an audience of all ages and with no consent from those who could even give consent. It was a fucked up thing a lot of people did.

Not even that tiktok bans people for anything. You can reply to a comment calling you slurs and only you will receive a violation for defending yourself. I got a violation for saying gay once. But I agree tiktok is not the place for 18+ content. Places exist for that
