Did I plateau with extenders or just bad extenders?

Basically I started off right at 7.25 inches BP and due to budget reasons I bought a super cheap extender off of an app. Almost right away I grew. Only a couple of months and I reached right above 8 inches. I kind of got obsessed with the feeling, but I've completely stopped growing. Is close to an inch the max for most people? or could I reasonably grow more if I throw money at an expensive extender? Money is a bit tight so I don't want to throw money unless I can reasonably get results, but I REALLY want to hit 9". Thank you!
 
In my research it like lifting weights. Your body kinda plateaus? If stick with you might push through? I was stuck at 9” now I changed up my routine abit. Tried some different lower pressures for longer and added sets? So when I’m in bed watching a movie or reading or doom scrolling on my phone I do 15-20min around 5psi. Then lower the pressure to zero for 2-5 minutes repeat 2-4 times. When I start each one I over pump up to maybe 15psi just to stretch it out and just for a sec or two then lower down to 3-5 psi for the 15-20min. I used to just do one long session at 5psi. may 20-40 min or when it would uncomfortable then just take it off. Rest days are also important. What you are doing is micro tearing the tissue then when it heals back there is more tissue so it is bigger. But you need the heal time in between

Sir, you had surgery. How can you even comment on PE systems without mentioning you are surgically enhanced?
