For those with a dísability or learning challenge? How do you deal with insecurities and discrimination?

Well in addition to my disabilities (I'm Autistic, I have to wear glasses due to my bad eyesight, and I also have social anxiety) I'm also gay of course, I'm also Black too, so I have sadly other strikes against me/categories which face stigma/unwarranted bullshit, so I just deal with it.

So I guess my advice to answer the thread, is probably see if you have other things to overcome (even if you don't that's still okay) or believe in yourself, and try to be strong to overcome your adversities.

you know ive found that being black and gay pretty much prepares you for any other set of challenges minority wise so thats hard to answer. I recently discovered i have asd and life makes so much more sense now that i know that, but thats not immediately noticeable because i've been masking since day 1 and not known even what masking was.

im (undiagnosed) asd with anxiety, black and gay, basically non existent in the dating world. i dont have any ways of dealing with it other than just falling into depressive periods routinely. and smoke a lot of flowers. it hurts a lot to think about so id rather not.
