The first two pics was from last year after hemorrhoids surgery, however since few days ago i felt a lump thats unusually pertruding, and the third pic is one that I took today when I pushed. It did go back on its own. Are they hemorrhouds internal or external? How do I best take care of it? *sorry english is not my first language
