Totally fair observations. Not sure what kind of porn you watch. I feel like the reason we see more phismosis in asian porn is because there is less professional porn and/or they dont care.

I do not see any reason why would some western nations would would have their men circumcised (unless needed after a doctor says so). We do not have this thought in UK that circumcision means hygenic or looks cool.
The foreskin is there for a good reason and should be left that way (unless circumcision is needed for a medical reason).
