Does first time sex change your masturbatory technique?

I have observed different masturbation techniques - most uncut guys grip the shaft and move the skin up and down - and use the foreskin to massage the glans and rarely touch it - generally pulling the foreskin up over the glans after orgasm. Some cut guys grip the shaft and move the skin up and down, some simply massage the glans, and some don't touch the glans at all.

My curiosity is that penetrative sex involves different sensations - for most uncut guys direct stimulation of the glans, which I believe is not common in uncircumcised masturbation.

I've always grabbed the shaft and pulled the skin up and down. I'm cut, but the skin has enough play to cover the head a little. Before I had sex, I started dry, then used lotion or whatever, and then dry again. Left or right hand never mattered. Direct stimulation of the head wasn't/isn't pleasurable unless lube is involved and that requires some willing flesh or a toy. Things have pretty much been the same and have always worked.

Sex definitely changed how I masturbate. When I first started masturbating, I would, as you
say - use my foreskin to massage the head of my penis as it rolled back and forth. After having sex for the first time, and experiencing the full, direct stimulation of my penis head for the first time, it was a game changer! I switch between the two now, but more often than not i'll pull my foreskin back tight and directly stimulate the head now, feels so much more intense!
