although there is something to be said about the flooding release of testosterone immediately after you blow a load, then working out immediately afterwards.
I wonder if it is not unlike doing strong, big, compound lifts like deads, squats, etc... where the body releases a ton of hormones like test and HGH, then you're supposed to follow that up with other body parts you want to grow, like biceps or chest. That way, those muscles benefit from the influx of testosterone in the body. Could the same be true of lifting right after a good beat off/fuck?
