I can confirm that - clearly if you pump every day you can make it appear as though you are bigger but it won't be permanent - not unless you combine it with some other PE techniquesIn my 10 year experience:
temporary: yes
permanently: no
I should add: Heat is crucial. It allows for greater expansion of the tissues you want to encourage to grow permanently. If you apply heat, you'll get a bit more expansion of tissue in the time you have before edema starts to build up to the point of an ugly shape or donut head.Same. Permanent gains are possible, but I'm not sure they can be more than a half inch or so of girth, and that will only happen if you are using the pump several times a week and following a gains protocol (not pumping for temporary girth) and maybe combining with clamping, tunica malleability exercises, etc.
Temporary gains definitely happen. The one thing I'd add to what most people say is that temporary gains get quicker and more impressive over time - at first, I had trouble pumping to like 6.25 inches girth within an hour, and any bigger felt like a blob of edema. Now, it takes me like 20 minutes to hit 6.5+, and I can have a firm erection all the way up to about 7 inches girth.
