Dress pants that have good coverage but not too baggy

As the title.
I am 5"9 but very have strong legs. If I go for the skim fit, my bulge is 70% of the time showing and I can feel the female co workers are bit uncomfortable. but if I go for the straight fit, my legs are swimming in huge pants.

Any recommendation for good dress pants has good coverage but still provide good shape for the legs?

You will need to buy straight fit pants and then take them to a tailor to have the legs fixed. Either that, or 100% custom made pants.
