I have an enlarged prostate, like many older men. I used to be a heavy cummer but since being on meds, I usually have dry orgasms. Guess you are taking Flomax. It sucks but not sure there is a way around the retrograde ejaculation. It didn't help me much so I stopped taking it. Instead taking 5mg of Cialis daily and Saw Palmetto

Hello guys. I am 75 and also take Tamsulosin in the evening due to an enlarged prostate. When I was told that my orgasm would reverse back into my body, I thought good times and the good feeling would be gone. Cialis is an ED drug to seems to shrink the prostate and should have said Saw Palmetto which is an herb and helps shrink it also. No issue peeing yet for me but I do have an urgency at times where I don't think I will make it to the toilet

I am currently dealing with prostate cancer and it seems likely will have radiation. I am concerned about the issues that you have, but if dry orgasms are possible with ed it gives me hope that there can still be some pleasure. Is this the correct interpretation?
