I have some medical issues that have been causing ED for the past few years. A quick rundown: Near 50, overweight, Type 2 Diabetic, Low Testosterone. Also, when I orgasm, I don't cum or "blow my load" so to speak. I am losing the weight and my blood sugars are good, so those factors are under control. I have done HRT for my testosterone, but it didn't make a difference.

I have been curious about Trimix and other injectables as well as ED meds. I tried Cialis recreationally, but it didn't seem to work (it was an old prescription that my boyfriend at the time had).

I was wondering if anyone had experiences or advice they would like to share. Thanks in advance.

have u talked to a doctor specifically about this subject?. considering that you have medical issues it may not be a good idea to self prescribe stuff.

only thing i'd advice is to start working out as much as you can, weights and cardio can boost your testosterone and increase your stamina.

im 38 right now but a few years ago i didn't worked out at all. still over weight but i have good erections and good stamina thanks to working out and lifting weights.

i used to have ED problems not anymore.

I agree with the idea of consulting your physician or urologist. A frank discussion will give you an idea of the cause and treatment for it. Whatever you do, do not hesitate to reveal all of your concerns, even if it is about " blowing your load." I have had many discussions about intimate topics with my doctor and find great relief in being able to " unload" my concerns and questions about sexual health, practices, etc. It gives me the same relief as going to confession used to do when I was a kid. My doctors are all male, so it is easier.
