That’s difficult... you could argue more energy and being more aggressive. My lifting buddy is also my fuck buddy so usually we fuck before and after... all that to say... I’m not sure it decreases my aggressiveness or energy any when I know I’m about to do it again.
I've tried fucking before a workout, but I always get pretty hard core with my fucking so my energy is spent and my workouts suffer. I guess it really depends on how well a person can hold and maintain the focus. Perhaps working at it more would help you to get used to it.As for me, I tried it several time, but it got me too worked up and distracted from the workout and it took time to get back into focus. I know that many guys say that edging and pumping before a workout get hormones pumping and they feel stronger as usually. Maybe it just doesn't work in my case. What is kinda pitty, because it is very exciting. Well, maybe my workouts now are boring but anyway it is very useful for our body and health to do sport. Recently I started to take vitamins and peptide BPC 157 that my doctor prescribed to me, and now I am feeling very well and full of strenght.
Never tried this before! Guess I know what I'll be doing before my workout tomorrow!

Well now that's an interesting combo! I take my pre workout and a vasodilator, then edge for 30-45 minutes until it kicks in.
