Can’t say I purposefully edge before lifting the way I toke beforehand, but I definitely don’t cum before working out or else I’ll not wanna go. Lifting gets me horny enough already; can’t imagine how horned up I’d be all pumped and having edged for a while prior hahaa

I like to hold my nut for at least 2 days before my squats or deadlift workout to build up more testosterone. It's hard as fk to do, but it REALLY helps and I end up killing the set. Based on my accidental ejaculations in my earlier posting elsewhere on getting coregasms, maybe I should try edging beforehand so I can have better control. Working out alone in my garage provides perfect opportunity to taking myself to that point, and I can actually just yank my compression off and finish right in my garage. Practice makes perfect.

Edging is a normal thing for me before the gym, lol. I cant handle pre-workout stimulants/heavy caffeine etc so porn is my way to get motivated.

But yeah if I cum I lose my inspiration to go lift heavy lol

I edge before competing in any sport (Rugby and swimming mainly) and also before the gym. It somehow makes me feel more confident and aggressive.
Glad I found this thread. Same here. I’ll edge before sports often as well, but mostly before the gym. Sometimes saving my load for a day or two which increases energy and tension. Knowing that I’m going to be stroking to a release heightens the anticipation

Definitely edge before running or working out. The hornier I am the more intense more workout out is...if I cum, I lose momentum and interest.
