Many of these Ukranian producers do a lot of their stuff on the down low, and if they start getting more attention they take the sites down. Several of the models are actually Elliot Scisscors models, the same Ukranian guy who just does leg scissors videos.

Likely the big group slave products had some guys who didn't want their faces online anymore and asked for the videos to be taken down, so now it's just Elliot Scissors and a few other guys on his more vanilla site.
