There were a few posts a few months ago on new research that showed that a factor in reducing the risk of prostate cancer was regular ejculations in the 20's ( twice a week from memory)
I read the messages, but cannot find them now; I have done some searching, but to no avail.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance,

zzorus

The thread about ejaculation and prostate health was one that I started about two months ago and has since been retired. I am not sure how you can retrieve those posts but they were very instructive. There was some disagreement among responders about the reputed benefits as far as prevention of prostatitis and prostate cancer but the evidence looked quite convincing overall. Some of the posts actually pointed to literature publications such as one in this thread. Perhaps you could contact the webmaster here and see about getting that listing of posts. By the way, it was not just in the 20's but throughout life that I have read is important to keep the prostate pumped out regularly. I had as my question in the original post asked if anyone had tried self massage of the postate as means of complete purging of the prostate as I had seen recommended in one publication a few years ago. The answer was "very difficult" with digital massage but there are devices to help if one wishes to completely empty the prostate gland regularly.

Thanks, motlissof!

They were indeed instructive, and were exactly what I was looking for, rereading them was much better than relying on my faulty memeory.

They was I found them was to click on your profile, then" find member's posts". then I scrolled through.

Many thanks again,

zzorus

I wondered about doing that but thought even if you could pull up my posts did not know you could get the others intermixed with mine on that thread. You are quite welcome and as you now know, keep your sexual activity as high as possibility -- know that is difficult to consider, but try -- incidentally there is some evidence that the hormones in the ejaculate placed in the vagina can help retard the aging process (and some other health benefits as well I have also read) so if you are so inclined you should fill er up as often as possible to keep that youthful glow on her.
