65 here and although never a big shooter I would be able to get off a few shots then dribble the rest out. Over the last ten years I have fluctuated from having great difficulty trying to reach orgasm inside my wife to blasting off a few shots inside (my current situation). Even hit my stomach the other day when I jerked off. Not sure what caused either change but happy with where I am today. Even woke up today with a hardon that could hammer nails. I'm 66 and miss it greatly. Really would like to return to the old days of creaming in mouths, on tits or cream pies. On TRT and other meds that have eliminated ejaculation completely. Tried everything but no luck.

Just like everyone has said, I've seen a difference. In my 20s and 30s I was a HUGE shooter. I mean a few feet and one or two times I hit the ceiling. In my mid 40s I noticed it started decreasing and now I just turned 50 and its nowhere near the same. I might get a few inches of shooting or sometimes it will just kind of dribble out. Its definitely thicker too. When I was a shooter it was thin and liquidy. Now its certainly thicker. I do believe like the other commenter your prostate plays a role. I've had some issues but I started taking daily Cialis and only half of the smallest dose every 2-3x a day and that has helped a lot. The other trick is as we age our bodies become more dehydrated naturally. So the older you get the more water you should drink. They say 64oz but thats quite a bit. I'm at 32oz daily and even with that I can tell I'm cumming more and not as thick. Aging really sucks but you can counteract some of it. I've also read as you age your pelvic floor muscles become weaker which is the muscles that contract to really shoot your load. So keep those in top condition and you might not see much of a difference as you age.
