I've just started taking a creatine supplement and am wondering if anyone has noticed any difference in erection size, duration or other quality after taking something like this.

Crossing my fingers.

Nope. It may help with stamina from a activity (including sexual) standpoint. But I've never noticed any difference in my actual ability to maintain erections or anything else.

remotehypnosis: If you take L-Arginine it can help produce stronger fuller erections. There are a few other things that can help, but creatine is not one of them.

There's no reason to expect creatine to have any effect on erection. Creatine mainly maximizes the water volume in muscle cells, no claimed effect on bloodflow or anything that would affect erections. Two supplements that might have some effect are L-Arginine and gingko biloba. Arginine increases nitrous oxide in the bloodstream, which dilates blood vessels. Gingko iis a blood thinner that s touted as increasing bloodflow to the "extremities," which presumably would include the penis. Warning: My posts have not been evaluated by the FDA!

Vitamins/Minerals:
L-Arginine
Zinc
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
Lecithin

Herbs:
Yohimbe

I could go on all day, and tell you the benefits of each supplement... but those are the top ones that I would recommend. My erections are damn near immovable. It's kinda cool.
