I would say all filmed hypnosis is acting. These are porn actors, whether or not it's pro or amateur porn.
I do think some involved may be experienced at being hypnotized in other contexts or being a hypnotist and knowing what to say and do. However, anyone actually practicing as a hypnotist is not going to go on film using it sexually. The exception would be the small group of people who make a living as erotic hypnotists.
The definition: "Hypnosis is a changed state of awareness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus and concentration."
So in the sense that porn actors are in each moment focused on performing what has been agreed upon consensually and contractually, they already have to have focus and concentration, and have to project relaxation (or whatever is called for in the scene).
Many of these fantasy scenes focus on showing the person with their eyes open and frozen, acting robotically, all those tropes. They also may show spirals or other more dramatic inductions. But if you can find actual hypnosis sessions on youtube (strictly therapeutic), you'll see it's not really like that.
I would say not all porn is ethically made and there are also borderline porn things like those college hypnosis shows where frat guys are "made" to take their shirts off. I just don't think those are even hypnosis.
Ultimately, it's like asking are the medical exams shown on camera real. There are ones which certainly look a lot more like real medical exams vs. ones where guys are naked in two seconds and just happen to be wearing scrubs beforehand.
While there are massage videos where it sure looks like the person is getting massaged for real because they are, even if it's just light pressure and done in brief choppy spurts for different sequences.
So do some self-hypno and convince yourself the hypnosis you see in porn is real. Or find amateur porn showing a hypnotist and an exhibitionist subject.
I may be missing whole genres here, because BDSM porn certainly can have some hypnotic components, and the negotiation on what's going to happen for the porn is parallel to the general negotiation for someone's actual boundaries (if it's porn made by people in the scene).
That makes sense. I’ve always been intrigued about hypnosis myself so I was curious as to if the porn was real or if they were just acting

Stucksbucks makes some of my favorite hypnosis content. The models are mostly hypnotized to "freeze" in place.
