I just thought it would be interesting to chat about and see examples of male porn stars who stopped their career and turned to religion. I feel like this is more common than we might think.

Tom Katt flat-out became a preacher after retiring from porn (though he's made it clear that he's still an LGBT ally even if he now identifies as straight rather than bi).
People thought Markie More renounced his bisexuality when he left porn (the first time) after endorsing Fight the New Drug, but on social media he made it clear that he was still attracted to both men and women and showed a picture of himself kissing his post-porn boyfriend who he fell in love with after leaving porn. As for whether or not he actually became religious it's hard to tell since he was raised by ultra-conservative Mormons who kicked him out of the family after his brother outed Markie and his boyfriend while they were in high school and while he seemed to have at least some degree of reconciliation with them in his post-porn social media posts, Markie was also notoriously private about his off-camera life aside from the things that he chose to tell us and it's clear from things he said when he apologized that the head of Next Door Studios was abusive towards him and the LDS people behind Fight the New Drug clearly took advantage of his mental health issues (and/or possible drug-related issues) at the (first) time he left.
The same can't be said for Kyle Connors who did publicly renounce his bisexuality and went full-on MAGA when he left porn. He made social media posts with explicitly homophobic intent about how children needed to be protected from "groomers" with gay iconography and how the Lord saved him from his former lifestyle.
Over on the straight side, porn legend and overall daddy Randy Spears left porn after finding God, but that seemed to have been about religion helping him overcome his long-term drug addiction and that he didn't like the person he'd become by the end of his porn career rather than anything full-on evangelical.

I've noticed a trend that you might classify as going in the opposite direction: religious people who have gone into porn, after possibly leaving religion. The clear evidence for this is porn people, particularly guys, with religious tattoos who are now doing hardcore.

He briefly revived his OnlyFans for a couple months (around late 2019/early 2020 after he apologized for ranting about the industry when he left), but it was only solos and he never went back to studio porn which makes sense considering he claimed the head of Next Door Studios waved a gun in his face and threatened to kill him. Granted, I never saw his OnlyFans while he had an active porn career so I have no idea if he had sex on there or only did solo work there the first time since he deleted everything from before his first retirement (I've never seen any clips from his OF from before he retired), but I'm assuming he had sex on it back in the day.

The problem w/ those groups is that they want complete 100% erasure of all porn, and I guess, most other types of adult entertainment. They will not admit that porn can be beautiful, exciting, and part of a healthy sexual life (even a couple's life). They only focus on the abuse, rape and severe addiction stories.
Don't we all turn to god a little when we've got a 9 inch monster deep in our guts and we lift our eyes to the heavens?

@AssMan90 Why? Aren't porn stars now usually on PrEP? If he started filming again, he'd most likely undergo regular testing and be on PrEP. That said, it is still okay to use condoms.
