I’m from your neck of the woods so I know all about that. The Yak Trax are a life savor, especially when I used to run all winter. Growing up in new england was magical but now that I’m older the cold isn’t agreeing with me as much. When I lived in California I was very nostalgic for the seasonal changes. Now that I’m back I dread winter...but I do love fall. The smell of the leaves and the explosion of color all around. Breaking out the jackets and boots. Yeah. This is a great thread.

We live in Florida. Ten months of summer, two of winter. I don't know what this fall-autumn thing is you speak of .

It’s when Starbucks trots out baking spices in everything, while naming them after something that isn’t in there at all.

The temperature hasn't changed at all yet, still blazing like the devil out here.. but I did see Halloween decorations at the grocery store today

Even that's not a good indicator considering ersatz "Pumpkin Spice" is now available year round in anything from lattes to various foods to dog treats. I'd just prefer if they just actually served something that tasted remotely like coffee.

I haven't seen pumpkin spiced everything all year around.
But starbucks does have pumpkin spiced stuff.
The pumpkin sauce at starbucks is made with pumpkin puree but it taste kind of terrible considering...starbucks could do better.

In fall in feel kind of depress, it get dark soon, i feel that i have to go home soon.

Out in New England, pumpkin beers are released in mid-August, along with Oktoberfest beers. I fucking hate it.

Although I grew-up in Southern California I was born in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Just the thought of autumn with radiant leaves falling gets me all warm and fuzzy. Without question my favorite season of the year.
