Flaccid sizes are meaningless and I've only been in one situation where there other erect men in the same room. That was a female run gang bang. In that circumstance I didn't see anyone that was larger than me, maybe one that was close in size.

I really don't care about other men's penis sizes. I know I'm at the larger end of the scale, and when I'm with a woman they are with me for being me, not my penis size. Of course, it doesn't hurt that they've all mentioned that I'm one of the biggest, or the biggest, they've ever had.
