I totally agree with you. This is surely Tim Kruger's biggest missed opportunity.

This scene with Antonio Biaggi and Juan Steel at the beginning of the movie had so much wish possibilities:

This is a real wasted opportunity. I've never been a big fan of Antonio, maybe that's why I feel a little more detached, but there was a real nugget in this video.

Just thought of another Biaggi scene with Rio, definitely felt like they did more in between cuts:
