I’m curious if Gen Z is more uncut and practice of circumcision has stopped. I haven’t come across discussions on this.

I know latinos tend to be uncut, but most American being cut has been the norm. In Europe it has always been uncut. Has the trend reversed ? Do we have more younger guys overall who are uncut ? I know for Muslim men and Jewish men it’s different.

I think majority of Gen Z are circumcised but

almost all ethnic American men like hispanics and Caribbean's are uncut. I’m Caribbean and i’m cut but a lot of my friends and guys i’ve… met 🌚 are uncut.

I think ethnic Gen Z men who have parents that are born in American (me) are cut but if you have parents born in other countries you’re most likely uncut.

Yea a lot of the Bahamian guys I went to college with where uncircumcised. Those born in the US especially in south Florida where uncut too, reason being Medicaid did not cover the cost.

Rates are the same amongst white and black Americans as they have always been.
No, they aren't. It's been declining in the US among all races for decades now.

Most of the US is white, and the CDC reported in 2009 that it had dropped to 55% cut among all races, and continues to drop. It's probably lower for kids being born in 2025.

Only 18% of the US is Hispanic/Latino, so that wouldn't explain it.

It's being done outside of the hospital because Medicaid doesn't cover it in many states, so it's not being reported to the CDC in the same way, but it's still happening.
