Fratpad wont send you any physical mail in the post so no worries there. I cant imagine any porn website ever would, it would kill their subscriptions.
In terms of the actual website, Justusboys (which is a great website for porn reviews etc) gave Fratpad 3 out of 5. It is probably worth the money if you're very interested.
