For those ftm trans who I guess would consider themselves gay or bi would you consider getting pregnant and having children? Would that in a sense defeat the purpose of you becoming a man?

There are lots of cases of ftm trans who want children and do fall pregnant. I quess that at some level they are having "Gay" sex with a man. Becomes very complicated.
