Apologies in advance for any misuse of terms or my ignorance on the subject. This post is not meant to offend.
Whats the term for men (and im referring to people born with male sex organs, a penis) to have the procedure to get a vagina and have their penis "removed (i know its not completely removed) but they do not take hormones or anything to change their physique to become more female in appearance. Basically they retain their male figure but have a vagina.
Is that still considered FTM trans or MTF Trans or are they classified something else? (or is that even a thing LOL)
