It's insanely hot, and so many options. O ring or dental for ...access. Ball gag for a sexy display. Cleave gag (cloth or handkerchief) or duct tape for aesthetics and that kidnapped vibe. Good question, I think obviously sexy guys, but for me it's hot lips if the gag shows them off. Like a ball gag with sexy lips quivering over it and just a little spittle, sexy as hell. Also an underrated reason is how they sound. A deep voiced guy's muffled grunts and the vibrating of his voice stuck in his throat because his mouth is busy, so hot. My reasons change with the type of guy, what I want to do with them, etc, but those are general reasons.
