Ask a mate to take you and go in the daytime so you can find your way around the cruising ground. Cruising grounds need three areas to work effectively, 1 a social area, 2 a cruising area and 3 a sex area. All should also have easy escape routes - so that's why you go in daylight so you can navigate your way around.
So for example, Rastplatz Baltenswil-Süd the social area is at the parked cars, the cruising area is in front of the cars and towards the toilets and the sex area is behind the toilets and in the toilets
In Klopstockwiese the social area is at the bottom of the hill, the cruising is along the path to the top and the sex areas are at the top on the left and the big bush in front of some flats!!!! - you have to be careful here!
In Ockham Common this is the UK the social area is in the car park, cruising happens on the pathways and the sex happens in any bush off the pathways or in the cars or the picnic tables by the cafe.
I don't use squirt, I have a lifetime ban because when I was robbed in Carnaby Street Cottage London by a well known thief (not by me apparently!!!) I did the socially correct thing and posted all about it on the website, someone told me who he was and after I searched and found is picture and news reports I provided links to his criminal past of targeting men in cottages squirt did not like it and banned me, utter wankers.
So when you go cruising, don't take anything of value with you. All I take is phone for the torch! yes I know it's valuable but old, condoms, lube and poppers plus car key tucked away under clean up tissue and a bag for the rubbish so I don't leave anything behind apart from a happy man
