I would say, as a principal, to be patient that it will take many months for lasting development to occur. I’ve been pumping for going on six years now.

As others have said, be patient and go slow. I am a newbie also, and being very cautious not to have a blow out. Ie injury, damage to the Delicate skin.

I should hope trimming would be enough! I've no issues with a trimmed bush, but I don't really enjoy the smooth look on myself.
