Girth enhancement towards the top?

Is there a way to get more girth towards the top but keep the base girth the same? I’ve always had this issue bc I’m circumsized it’s thinner ass it heads towards the tip. But pumping seems to enhance the base more any ideas on what I can do

You might try wrapping the base of your shaft so that it doesn’t expand as quickly as the unwrapped part whilst in the vacuum cylinder just be sure not to pump too much vacuum. Go slow to grow!
I wrapped the base of my shaft, using the ox balls brand extra extra large, which extends approximately 2 inches into a 9 inch cylinder. I have gotten good results using this method to increase the end of my shaft and the head so that I have now a fairly uniform shaft girth, extending from the flare of the glands all the way down to approximately those 2 inches for that base but at least I have gotten rid of my taper That used to extend from halfway down the shaft all the way to my head.
I also spent north of $400 to purchase the bath mate Hydro extreme 11. That device comes with a sleeve that helps resolve this problem automatically and I now use this device five days a week at work during my lunch break.

Magnificent is advising you best. Find a sleeve that has some chamber length to it so that your mid-shaft is the focus of your session. Oxballs Juicy is a fine recommendation. LeLuv also makes a series with multiple inner diameters. I think they're also at least 2.0" long. Happy hunting!
