Glass toys, yea or nea?

Is anyone who is into insertive sex toys into glass toys? If not, how come?

I've never played with any, personally, so it's something I'd want to have a go with.

1) Can easily be sterilized by boiling or putting in the dishwasher's sanitizing cycle.
2) Extremely hard (again, if it's borosilicate glass) and completely safe.
3) Fine with any type of lube you might want

I've never seen a glass toy that wasn't solid all the way through. The ones Im thinking of could chip or break in two if you dropped them on a concrete floor or something, but there would be zero chance of them breaking like in the infamous "Jar" video.
