I don't know about growing a whole inch, but I can speculate there might be something to this. First, I've seen penis size research results where subjects experienced larger sizes after oral sex. The cause may be the suction induces more blood flow into the penis. Second, it might be heightened arousal giving you better erection quality. Third, it could have something to do with the frequency. I've noticed that if I don't jerk off/edge/have sex for longer than a week, both my flaccid and erect sizes are somewhat smaller by about an 1/8 of an inch. There's less blood flow to the area in general. This happens when I'm traveling for extended periods or just too busy/tired to play. If I'm using it more often, say 3 times per week, especially with lengthy edging sessions, I'm bigger. There could be other reasons, or some combination of these reasons at work.
