Guys - I'm fascinated with all male environments where you see each other naked all the time. If you were in the military or jail tell us about some of the guys you saw naked in the showers. How big and thick were some of the guys? What did they look like?

As for the army it really depends on the unit really and your rank. Outside of basic training group showers weren't really an everyday thing unless we were training. A few training missions were pretty spartan, so we just used baby wipes mostly but sometimes there were barracks and a shower room.
I was in one unit where we used to use the showers at a gym after PT. But mostly you'd just go back to your room. Officers typically always had better, private housing. Enlisted guys, under like E5, mostly lived in barracks, but they were glorified dorms. Some might have two bedrooms and share a bathroom others were just bedrooms and a shared bathroom down the hall. Other branches might be different.

In basic training and AIT in the army, the barracks had rooms with 4 bunk beds in each room. I think there were individual showers with curtains on them for some semblance of privacy.
My partner asked my if I ever got turned on by seeing all of the naked guys in the showers. And had to explain that army barracks are by no means erotic in nature. Not to mention the fact that I did not find any of those guys to be attractive. Under no circumstances would I have sex with any of them.

So far, the replies are true. During Basic & Advanced Training, there were larger communal showers and we all saw each other naked often. Sadly, there were rumors of “salt peter” being put in the food to avoid erections. And, it was true it seemed more difficult to cum, but that may have been the stressful environment. Once in our duty station there were barracks with 1 or 2 soldiers sharing a room/bathroom unless we were on an exercise then there were shower tents but hardly any time to shower much less anything else. We did once use our night vision goggles to watch a hunky lieutenant shower one night which was fun

As much as I like having sex with men, it's just not a turn on in that environment. If anybody has ever seen the movie Full Metal Jacket, that was more or less what basic training was like. But without all of the swearing. Initial training was somewhat stressful. They are always rushing you around somewhere, even in the showers the DIs are still yelling at us. And it seems never ending.

Jail is not full of hot muscular studs like porn lol I did have a few fun or funny moments. We had this good-looking Hispanic guy with great abs. One time just him and I were in the showers.
