Curious if anyone knows guys like this. I've only ever known one guy who said he never masturbated. It was a roommate in college. I believed it to be true because I know he had wet dreams. He was Pakistani and I think culture played into it. He was a cool guy but it was so weird to me then. I was just thinking about it so wondered if anyone else knows guys that don't.

Maybe there's a random guy here and there that doesn't, but they're unicorns. For the most part there's 2 kinds of guys. Those who masturbate, and those who lie and say they don't.
Many of the guys don't. Many of the fitness-conscious guys don't do it and some don't due to religious reasons too. I know my brother doesn't. Some of my cousins don't because of their cultural upbringing along with moderate sex education like to avoid touching penis and refrain from sexual activities until marriage.
