My understanding of the site is they've boxed themselves into a look (clean-cut, white, epilated, early-twenties, Abercrombie-ish physical trainers) and a story (this model is "straight" and will only push his boundaries a bit at a time). If those appeal to you, you're set; if not, look elsewhere. I wouldn't know much about the site if they didn't advertise so much, and I've seen a couple of guys (Harley included) who look like they're worth watching.

If you look on craigslist, they post ads searching for models from time to time. They're guidelines include "caucasian, fit, (if you can't see your abs, then this isn't the job for you". Cody Media, is the official name that they use, and they pay they're models upwards of 2000 dollars per video. They're not hurting for money.
