It's a thing from way back. A Filipino gay escort used injectable viagra (papaverine)into his penis causing a hr long erection and doing controlled pripiapism.
His penis grew and alot of is girth just like most people who experience priapism long term.
I wanted to do it as well. I am currently aroung 5 inch length and 5 inch girth. I would love to gain an inch on girth.

Just make sure that you have access to 24 hr medical care should things go wrong - which means in the past they have gone wrong.

Erection creams are available over the counter in all erotic shops. I personally use XXL cream from Boners. These creams are intended to increase the blood flow in the penis and give you more volume. It is excellent in addition to pumping if you are working on girth.
With warm-up exercises and the use of this cream, I fill the cylinder much more easily than I would otherwise. A little helps in expanding the tissues in the penis and I regenerate much faster even if I have less rest between training days.
Of course, don't expect any miracle from these creams, they are just an addition to manual exercises and pumping. You won't get any gains with just lubrication and no training.
To be honest, I don't follow old school PE, which is jelqing, etc., I'm more of a new age PE with devices and works perfect on me.

Frankly it’s not the boner that scares me, but the amount of money you have to put to have easy access to caverject.
I did some math and you’ll have to spend about 550€ per month. I wonder if does works the same with another substitute like viagra or peptides…

I found the cheapest alternative, apparently the plan B or morning after pill is the same PGE1 that is injected in the penis but you'd have to inject it in your urethra (without a needle) and it burns apparently from a scale 6 out 10
I'm not keen on any needles or burning sensations
