Has anyone tried cum supplements? Specifically from Friend of Dorothy

I started taking Popstar this month. I was listening to the Sex with Emily podcast and the Doctor that developed them was on. It got me curious and I ordered a bottle. Definitely works and makes it sweater too. It is expensive, so I don’t know if I will continue it. I have been looking for an off brand that also works. A couple of years ago I tried the load supplement routine, I forget the name of it, which really just made me leak precum like crazy. I was leaking through my pants at work if I would get a semi at any point during the day.

I have tried Semenax and it works. It increases the clear fluid volume, not sperm.
The real question on these is it is worth it to keep getting them. They are expensive. I understand if you are trying to start a family it is worth it, but for the novelty aspect of a bigger load, I don’t know. I feel like I am paying everyone anyway - all the streaming services, coffee, on and on. I don’t know if I can handle mentally another $30+ for loads lol

I wouldn't suggest this for anyone trying to start a family and possibly wanting a boost is sperm production. Like I said, I tried this and it did work, but only for increasing semen.

Anything related to sex is very expensive. You know the old saying, sex sells, and the seller knows that. People will pay whatever I think, when it comes to sex. Order something when they're horny and it's sold every time, lol.

But Semenax isn't for an increase in sperm, just the fluid that carries the sperm.

Maybe. I researched this a bit, and by a bit I mean I went down a Google/chatGPT rabbit hole, while it isn’t specifically cleared for fertility, some doctors are having their male patients try it to cross it off the list as a economical option. All the other components that are non-sperm are there for a reason. Not just to impress people. They assist with greasing the wheels.

At any rate, I am going to keep using the Popstar for a couple months at half dose. I can handle $20/month. I tried to take these from my own pills and it was such a pain in the ass to take 6 pills everyday!

Pygeum does this if you're asking about the holy grail for cum load (google it).

Basically boils down to:
Zinc (50mg max, there's a certain form better than others)
Soy Lecithin
Pygeum

I think those are the 3 best supplements for increasing load size.

never those brands but I've pretty much tried every ingredient in them separately and some of them I react badly to. L-Arginine causes inflammation when I take it and once even triggered a shingles outbreak. Pygeum accelerates my heart rate uncomfortably and dries me out, doing the opposite of what it's purported to do.

Things I have found helpful without negative side-effects though: Black Maca, Pine Pollen, Swedish Flower Pollen, eating lots of celery and watermelon and increasing consistency of ejaculation (I know people say wait longer between ejaculation but the opposite is true for me -- the more I cum, the more I cum)

Which is the best form of zinc to use?
In my experience and in reading up on it, zinc has probably the biggest impact on load. And as a bonus, it boosts your immunity so you will probably get sick less. The negatives are it is really tough on your stomach. I take it in the morning with my fiber and multivitamin, and there are times where I am in pain and have to eat something (I try not to eat much for breakfast :) ). Also, you need to take an appropriate amount of copper to offset the zinc, so make sure your supplement has it or your multivitamin or something else.

I've never tried that supplement but looking at it, it seems like a grift. There's no ingredients or amounts listed which is usually a bad sign for any supplement. Paying $90 for zinc, vitamin C, and rosehip which grows everywehere where I am seems rediculous. Lock n load is a gorilla mind product that clearly labels the ingredients and dosages on the website and bottle. The owner also has a few videos describing the recent formula changes. It is expensive, and I haven't tried it, but the other gorilla mind products I've tried were great.

Personally I think you'd be fine with 1-2g sunflower lecithin, 25mg zinc (I use citrate because it's well absorbed, widely available and cheap), drinking lots of water, and pineapple for taste if that's your bag. You can get into pygeum but personally it did nothing for me, and I had to order it online since nobody stocked it locally. Don't take the zinc if you already have a high zinc diet, and take it separate from copper since zinc blocks copper absorbtion. With a good enough diet you probably wont have to take any supplements. Don't spend dollars just to step over them to pick up pennies.

I tried seminar and got really good results instead of weak dribbling cum I now spray it out for fully and can lay ropes nicely. See the photo attached, Not bad for a 68 year oldScreenshot_20241124_225458_Gallery.jpg

Yah there are like 9 forms of zinc we can take, and each one has a different health benefit. I have yet to know which one is the one for cum. I take zinc gluconate and have no idea if its the one. Zinc picolinate too I alter back and forth from gluconate to picolinate. I don't know?! there's citrate, sulfate, oxide, acetate, glycinate and a chelated form. There is a zinc supplement I found that combines all of these into one tablet. Sounds like a doozy, I'd probably throw up from it. But its supposed to be easy on the system and stomach. It costs like $80 or something a bottle. I guess I'll just order bottles of all of these kinds and try each one separately for like 2 weeks at a time and see if it makes a difference. I swear there was a form of zinc I used to take years ago that made me shoot so much I was firing over my wife's head and hitting the wall several feet away, not sure if it was zinc that did it, but the form of zinc is the only thing that's changed from my regular sex enhancement supplement stack in over 10 years.

Zinc sulfate studies have shown that this form is best for sperm motility and strength. If something makes sperm more strong, then it directly effects semen for the positive. More sperm usually means more semen. Stronger, faster sperm usually means more semen.

I'll be ordering zinc sulfate soon...

I think the 25mg of zinc is a good amount. The upper limits for adults is like 40mg or something. Be sure to check your multivitamin or anything else fortified with vitamins to ensure you are counting those too. You can inadvertently end up with excessive intake leading to toxicity. I just got a jar of zinc citrate that is chewable hoping that it would be easier on my stomach, but it is not. I will try and switch to the sulfate.

I am on month 4 of my stack - everyday. Still experiencing raging morning wood, leaking tons of precum, and moderate impact of loads. It is hard to tell though because most of the time I cum inside my wife. The loads feel bigger, but hard to confirm.
