I know that in the male gay community, guys can often go from being boyfriends to just being friends, so this question may not be as interesting as asking a straight guy. But I'd still like to know. Not current close friends, but I've run into several social acquaintances over the years in the sex clubs. The most recent one was a guy I know from a very respectable and straightlaced setting.
