I have a dildo with a heat setting, but there doesn't appear to be any self-heating sleeve that I can find. I did find a post on Reddit asking about the same thing and the suggestion was to wrap the sleeve in one of those heating pads (the type you heat up in a microwave first) about 30 mins before the action starts.

I have soaked mine in a sink of very hot water for 5-10 minutes before use. By the time I get my cock in it and the exterior of the sleeve lubricated, it isn’t as warm as real flesh but certainly much better than cold/room temperature.
