Help finding video

So one of my favorite videos of all time is part of the Beautiful Agony series but I've lost track of it completely. For reasons I'm not able to register on their site.
Can anyone provide a working link for it?
The only reference I have is the thumbnail, sorry for the small, grainy image. The original is from 2007.
