Hi. I have been trying so many times with different programs (Insanity, P90X) but all of them seem so intense for me. I am not fat, but not fit. I want to have a fitter body and to walk around with confidence.
I want to have nice booty, fine arms, smth good back, v-cut (if possible), nice chest (doesnt have to be with 6 pack).
I have regural 9-5 work. Can you build me some routine or workout schedule?
