Hello, I've been reading many posts in here and meanwhile some answer a few questions, none answer this one.
I have phimosis since I can remember, I found out when I masturbated with a neighbor who pulled his foreskin down like nothing while I was there stuck, later on in porn I noticed the same thing and it all came to sense. The point is, given that I can't pull back my foreskin and that my penis head is so, so, very sensitive, I can't quite clean it, I've tried many times but it hurts. I'm asking if someone here has gone through the same thing and what did you do to solve it. Thanks!

Don't have it myself, but did some reading up on it after hooking up with a guy who has phimosis.

There are apparently a number of techniques, most involving forcing water into the foreskin with a shower head or nozzle of some sort. Bit of googling should get you some guidance.

As for dealing with phimosis - I've seen some articles on stretching that can be done to loosen the skin, but it takes years for results. Best advice seems to be to consider circumcision or corrective surgery.

Regarding the sensitivity - if its always been that way, its likely due to the glans never getting much stimulus. After circumcision, it'll eventually get better.

If the sensitivity is new, it may be due to infection. If there's any redness and/or swelling, you should consult your doctor quite quickly.
 
Thanks for your advice! I'll keep it in mind and follow it.

I will get a circumcision sometime, thats for sure, my only concern about it right now is that I share a bedroom with my sisters and I feel the post surgery would be a bit embarrassing (specially for me) so I'm trying to keep it postponed at least until one of my sisters leaves the house later this year.
 
If you have phimosis, which it sounds like you do, you should not delay treatment. There can be some very serious and irreversible effects if phimosis is left untreated. See the risks section on page three of this article from WebMD:

Phimosis is a legitimate reason to get a circumcision, but you do have options. There are types of circumcision that only slit the foreskin so that you will be able to retract, but leaves all of the tissue in place. That way you can still address your condition without having to sacrifice your foreskin, if that is something that concerns you. I imagine the recovery time for that type of procedure is also much shorter.

I do have phimosis, I'm well aware of it. I didn't know about the other option you said, the slit, I'll make sure I talk about it with my doctor when I go see him sometime this year addressing this issue. I'm sure it'll be a better post surgery than the whole cutting, which is what I want the most. Also, I'd very much like to keep my foreskin since I like dicks with it, but well, I can't have it all hahaha

How old are you?
When soft, how much of glans can you expose easily?
When erect, how much of glans can you exposed easily?

If you've never been able to retract, you glans is still in "boyhood" stage. Once you start to be able to retract, its sensiutivity will drop from "painful" to "pleasurable" to touch/stimulate. (also, if you have frequent miuld infections, it makes glans more sensitive/tender.

Depending on age and how tight your foreskin is, tthere could be easy stretching exercises to do to loosen it, or the skin may be too tight to reasonably expect to stretch to gain normal retractable foreskin.

Depending on where and how much of foreskin is tight, you could get a partial circumcision that removes only the tight part of skin and leaves part fo glans covered when soft, or get a full circumcision.
 
I'm 19 and can barely pull of my foreskin just enough so the tip of my head is visible, both erect and soft.

I could never retract it as long as I recall so that must be it, the "boyhood" stage you say hahaja

Unfortunately, I've never seen here in my country stretching rings like those, even tho they existed here, I can't afford them since I don't have the income money to do so. But I appreciate you took the time to share.
 
I had the exact same problem.

I suggest using coconut oil around the foreskin and gently stretching and retracting for at least an hour every evening using your fingers.

That helped me get to a point where i could clean properly without pain... sex was another issue though - so painful.

I got surgery where they made a small cut, enough to allow the foreskin to retract fully. I felt minimal pain afterwards and it was done under general anaesthetic. It took about a month to heal.

Now everything is fine :)

There's not, as far as I know, and it would be way more expensive if I order a worldwide order.

I'm almost pretty sure I can get the surgery for free, given that we have, in my family, (I don't really know how to call it, english is not my first language) a private medical company? I guess that would be it hahaha. Even tho we have free Healthcare here in Argentina, but I don't know if it covers surgeries since I've never gotten one.

Forgot to ask! How long did it took you to get to the point where you could clean yourself without problem?
 
The stretching rings don't have to be specifically for phimosis you can buy all sorts of stuff for enlarging earlobe and body piercings.

You could also take the pictures of the stretching kit to your doctor and say look can you get me one of these to fix my phimosis? My doctor would do that for me as even though our healthcare is free a stretching kit is still cheaper for them than a circumcision.
 
I don't think I can do such thing, ask him to get me those, I never heard someone do something similar, anyway when I finally go to the doctor I'll make sure to go with him through every option you guys told me for sure.

Yeah I just had a look at Argentina and it seems like Amazon and eBay aren't really a thing over there. Lucky for you Aliexpress is in China and will ship literally anywhere.

You could buy a selection of silicone stretching rings like these...

It wouldn't exactly be expensive but they will probably take a while to arrive. I order all sorts of stuff from there. Never had a problem.

There's lots of stuff available though you just have to search for it.
