I remember seeing this scene a while ago, but I don't remember if it's a movie or a TV series.
There was a young boy in a car parked in a semi-isolated place, at a certain point some boys arrive and if I remember correctly they make fun of him, among them there is a boy who pretends not to know him but shortly after, when the others have gone away, he returns alone and the two kiss, then I don't remember how it continues.
It could be set in the 60s/70s
