Help with New Orleans bar

I am heading to NOLA in a couple of weeks and hopefully someone can help me figure out what bar I am thinking of. I was there a few years ago and was at a bar that has a big mirror over the urinals in the upstairs bathroom. Am I remembering this right? Or if there is anywhere else you want to point me, that's great, too.
