Not a whole lot you can do on the body type bit except put it in your profile bio, but most apps and sites have really good filtering when you get the paid versions that let you only see people you want to see.

The app you seek doesn't exist. Every type of person is on every app. And they're completely different in different cities. As Simon writes above, all you can do is put out there what you're seeking. If you aren't finding those on the apps, you may need to look at expanding your search outside of the apps and into the websites like A4A, etc.

In a past life when I worked for a hookup site, I had an idea to bring in a reverse-filter that would only let members be seen by people that fit a specific set of parameters they choose. That way you only ever get approached by people who are 'your type' because those would be the only people who would see you in the first place. It got shot down though because it wasn't the most progressive idea - people ought to be exposed to all sorts of people in these arenas.

I still wonder if it would fly as as a concept though.

When I was 21 I didn't go short - or need an app - but you need to express what you are and what you like, and yep, at that age plenty of guys to fuck with. Beating round the bush (so to speak) and being coy, guys like it out in the open.
