No way. It is not their culture at all (hope one day u get to visit Istanbul or Ankara - for starters it's not like this is the stereotype)...
Is this the first Turkish production you watch? Mostly in others, lead male actors are hairy, showing hairy forearms and chests, have full beards, etc. This actor is already 34 wanting to pass for 23 because it is trendy and "woke"? And It is not just the shaving, look at his clothes too...
With that amazing body and that height, a little more masculine attitude will instantly take you to his real age.
