Depending on how much I want to show, I use a cockring and go without underwear in jeans selected for an appropriate fit. That does not necessarily mean tight jeans-- some of my looser ones actually show awesome bulge, just in a different way. What is the measurement around the base of your penis and balls together? Also, do you know the size of your current rings? Sounds like your ring is too small.
