How far does the foreskin extend?

Hello, I hope I'm in the right place with my question. I have a very bad excerpt from a video. Can someone tell me whether the glans is covered or how far the foreskin goes?

That is a pretty fuzzy image but, to me, it seems like the head (glans) is partially covered. I have posted the image again below with a couple of extra dots. The blue dot is on what I think is the edge of the foreskin, so the foreskin is only partially covering the glans. The yellow do is over the suculus, i.e. the rim at the back of the glans. This is under the foreskin, but you can still make out the shape.
