Hi everyone! You see, I've been always attracted to big cocks with bulging well visible veins on it. My own dick is rather massive too but veins are almost not visible neither it's flaccid nor erected.
Do you know some ways to make penis more veiny? Maybe some techniques of jelqing or something else? Share your own experience.

P.S. The most ironic thing is that I have some bulging veins on my shins but not dick, lol.
 
Having good blood flow, thats basically it. Lose some weight, do some cardio. For the most part, if you have healthy erections, veins should be somewhat prominent (some more than others ofc, not everyone gets super visibly veiny). Get that heart rate up!
 
I mean… nature configures your veins nearer the surface of the skin or it configures them further away. This is due to genetics.

The higher the blood pressure… the more prominent the veins can be but… who the hell wants higher blood pressure? Certainly not our kidneys.

Some people are smooth and some are gnarly… appearance doesn’t have anything to do with fitness levels or exercise performance.

But yeah… are our erections going to be strong when our blood pressure is low? Of course not. Do we want to trade better erections with the negative health outcomes with high blood pressure. No.

So we can probably look at nitric oxide levels within the circulatory system… which could lead to the dilation of blood vessels. Think of how big and inflated our muscles get when we get a good pump at the gym… a pump that also increases vascularity.

You’d want to look into nitric oxide modulators such as NO precursors like the amino acids Arginine and Citrulline or even beet root juice (not powdered beets).

But yeah body fat levels play a role here but… there are no subcutaneous fat stores in a penis.

Nature made us how it chooses to make us… wanting to have more prominent vascularity is almost like saying you want to be taller.

Kegel exercises could possibly have a slight effect… increased nitric oxide levels could have an effect.

Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT) is where bands are tied around the base of muscles and the muscles are exercised to exhaustion… trapping more blood and perhaps influencing hypertrophy and yes… vascularity.

Alas the penis is not made of skeletal muscle… most if not all skeletal muscle cells can easily go through hypertrophy and the vast majority of smooth muscle cells cannot. There are instances of smooth muscle cell hypertrophy that do occur however… for example airway remodeling has been observed in patients with chronic asthma where the smooth muscle cells of airways are thickened… obstructing breathing.

Edging with a cock ring on is just not a great idea when it comes to the vascular health of the penis… the penile version of BFRT is a non starter… don’t do it… it’s not a good idea.

I hope I’ve covered everything here… NO precursors like L- Citrulline and beet root juice are backed by a decent amount of research to dilate smooth muscle cells and allow more blood to flow through them… which could possibly allow for more vascularity. These NO precursor supplements are everywhere in the bodybuilding market and are a common tool in the bodybuilder tool chest.
 
There are exercises out there created by a dude on reddit called the Angion Method. He claims that these exercises can increase your size as well but i find that part dubious. As for increased hardness and vascularity, I've had some positive personal experiences from it.
 
Do some research on clamping, but you need to be very careful with this as you can get good results but at a price. If you over clamp you can do serious damage. Do your homework and be careful.
