How would women and men really respond to a 7’3” giant with a 10”x8” giant penis?

I suppose I better add some context to that question. Currently I am writing, and taking on a large project, in terms of world building. This is intended to be for both novel, and comic book form. Think of it as an original comic book type world, where original characters exist. None directly ripped off from any existing IP. It would also contain literotica, but not be limited to just that.
While obviously certain concepts are unrealistic, such as genetically modified humans, I still want the way people behave to be realistic. Or at least closer to it than is typical in the world of comic book/super power type fiction. There will also be better emphasis on physics. Where even if someone has super durability and strength, they are still limited by the physical environment around them. Meaning, if they pick up something too much heavier than themselves, it will be almost impossible to balance and they would tip over. They also couldn’t pick up something like a building, instead they would simply break a few cinder blocks out of it. Not everything is going to be perfectly realistic, but the idea is at least a step better than most of what is currently out there. Character power level is scaled down too, nobody pushing planets here. Maybe something like a bus up hill.
How does this relate to big dicks? Well, one of the characters ended up larger than intended, and ended up a hyper-masculinized 7’3” 400+ pound powerhouse. Of course I’m putting a large dick on the fella too. After browsing these forums, it seems like 10" nbpel x 8" mseg would be enough to either the largest on earth, or among the largest.
Now, I do not want this to be limited to only wish fulfillment, or have his whole life would be wonderful at these dimensions. I do NOT intent to have every woman on earth just throwing themselves at this character's feet or trying to have sex with him. I would much rather he be regarded by women they way they realistically would. If that means sex is a rarity for him, then so be it.
My current educated guess, is that most women would assume he has a giant dick already. I’ve heard that some very large framed tall men with normal dicks often have unrealistic expectations placed on them, because there is an assumption that giant man = giant dick, even though that’s not always the case. I would think, based on that, most women who are afraid of giant dicks wouldn’t consider fucking him in the first place.
I also believe that such a giant will likely get more attention from curious gay men than women, and that of the women who are interested, most would be viewing him as a novelty. Even then, that only a small % of women would ever attempt sex with him.
I could be entirely off base on that guess however. That is why I am asking here, as so many members have experience with having dicks much larger than regular men.
